Francis Hoets attended the High-Level Provincial Disaster Management Workshop at the Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand, Gauteng. One of the items on the workshop's agenda was the review of the Gauteng Provincial Disaster Management Framework drafted by DMS NPC, as part of the public participation process for publication purposes.
