The DMS NPC Website Private Policy explains how DMS NPC obtains, uses, and discloses personal information, in accordance with the requirements of the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

The Use of Personal Information by DMS NPC
DMS NPC will use personal information provided by individuals only for the purposes for which it was collected and agreed with respective individuals. In addition, where necessary individual information may be retained to:
DMS NPC may share personal information with Quality Assurance Bodies and or authorised service providers (partners) who are involved in the delivery of products or solutions to the individual/s involved. Individuals / users have the right to ask DMS NPC to update, correct or erase personal information. This will be subject to security protocols including a certified copy of an individual / user’s ID document to confirm identity before making changes to personal information held by DMS NPC.

By using the DMS NPC website, the individual / users consent to the DMS NPC policy and use of cookies. An individual / user may refuse cookies by turning them off in their browser. If an individual / user has set their browser to warn them before accepting cookies, the individual / user will receive the warning message with each cookie. DMS NPC only emails contacts with whom the company has had a business relationship with within the last 20 years. DMS NPC may email individuals that may have registered for specific training courses and or enquired about training and or solutions and opted in to receive marketing communication.

reCAPTCHA v3 is implemented on DMS NPC's website, and the use of reCAPTCHA v3 is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. reCAPTCHA is only used to fight spam and abuse on DMS NPC's website. reCAPTCHA will not be used for other purposes such as determining a user's creditworthiness, employment eligibility, financial status, or insurability.
